6-function lamp

W188 front combined lamps are fully LED lamps featuring 6 types of lights: front position, low beam, high beam, daytime running light, front direction indicator in a static (W188) or dynamic (W188DD) version, and an additional side direction indicator.
All W188 series lamps are adapted for operation in 12V and 24V systems.

High ingress protection rating

W188 lamps have obtained E20 homologation, thus meeting all approval requirements. They have been tested in an independent laboratory and demonstrated an IP6K9K protection rating, which means they are completely resistant to dust ingress and high-pressure water jets.
Furthermore, the lamps are adapted for operation in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C.

Lamp body and power connector

The shape of the lamp body and the high-quality aluminum used in production increase heat dissipation, thereby extending the lifespan of the LEDs. Using aluminum instead of traditional steel also significantly reduced the weight of the entire lamp. Additionally, the entire body has been dual-layer protected against corrosion, allowing for trouble-free use for many years. The lamp also uses a high-quality renowned connector, which also protects against water ingress into the lamp interior.

Special membrane

A completely airtight lamp seal could have adverse effects under large temperature fluctuations and changing atmospheric conditions. Therefore, for the proper functioning of all its components, maintaining adequate air circulation is significant. For this purpose, W188 series lamps are equipped with a special membrane that, in addition to proper air circulation, simultaneously protects against moisture and water.

Wide range of lamp adjustment possibilities

Modern W188 series lamps are available in vertical and horizontal variants, and thanks to a special system of external brackets, they can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. The mounting method for the lamp is a fork bracket with a swivel pin available in 2 sizes specified in the lamp symbol as A (larger) or B (smaller). Depending on the user's needs, this allows for any desired lamp adjustment.

Highest quality materials

Individual components of W188 lamps are produced from the highest quality materials; for example, the lamp lens is made of durable polycarbonate, which is characterized by increased resistance to shattering and mechanical damage. Additionally, the lens itself is covered with a special reinforcing coating that protects it from scratching.
