The fully LED W208 and W208DD series lamps are the world's first lamps with a mirage effect, using phantom light that extends beyond the outline of the lamp. Additionally, the lamp design is based on a pattern of nested light rings. The W208DD lamps are homologated for operation in a 2-lamp configuration. The W208 and W208DD lamps include: position, stop, and turn signal lights available in static or dynamic versions depending on the lamp variant. All lamps can operate in 12V and 24V installations, have electromagnetic compatibility homologation, and for older installations, W208 and W208DD lamps are also available in versions with 12V or 24V turn signal load resistors. All lamps have achieved an IP6K9K protection rating, which means the lamp is resistant to dust, high temperature fluctuations, and high water pressure.
