The fully LED W210 and W210DD series lamps are the world's first lamps with a mirage effect, using phantom light that extends beyond the lamp's contour. Additionally, the lamp design is based on a pattern of 3 nested rings featuring brake, reverse, and position lights, which further enhances the aesthetic effect of the vehicle's rear lighting. The turn signal is available in a static or dynamic version, depending on the lamp variant chosen. The fog light intelligently activates a change in the brake light position to meet applicable legal regulations. The lamps can operate in 12V and 24V systems, hold electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) approval, and for older electrical systems, they are also available in versions with 12V or 24V turn signal load. The lamps have achieved an IP6K9K protection rating, meaning the lamp is resistant to dust, high temperature fluctuations, and high-pressure water.
