Product description:

This fiber optic light, based on LED technology and a PMMA fiber optic cable, is designed for use on trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers.

The lamp can be installed on trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers according to customer requirements. It is designed to be mounted directly to the vehicle body or suspended under the chassis or trailer.

The above-mentioned lamp is manufactured using high-quality electronic components. It contains a light element based on LED technology and a light-distributing element (fiber optic), which is a novelty on the market.

It is produced in three light colors (white – front marker, amber – side marker, red – rear marker), and is available in versions with or without a mounting bracket. The fiber optic lamp is also produced in 12V and 24V versions, making it suitable for vehicles with 12V and 24V electrical systems.

The fiber optic lamp is completely maintenance-free as it does not require bulb replacement. The lifespan of the light is estimated (according to the LED manufacturer) at approximately 100,000 hours of continuous operation; for comparison, the lifespan of traditional bulbs is about 300 hours. Additional savings result from the fact that the LEDs used consume very little electricity compared to traditional light sources, which can undoubtedly influence the level of fuel consumption in vehicles and thus positively impact the reduction of environmental pollution.

This lamp is very modern compared to the previously used bulb lighting. There are no other automotive lamp manufacturers in the country that have used both LED technology and fiber optic technology in a lamp intended for trucks.

The new lamp is easily accepted as a product on both domestic and foreign markets due to its complete maintenance-free operation and ease of installation. The electronic components used completely eliminate the possibility of lamp damage caused by reversing the polarity of the wires. Multi-month tests conducted in extreme temperature, humidity, and shock conditions gave us confidence in the unrivaled quality of these new lamps.

The lamp has been tested at the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw for compliance with ECE UN Regulations and has obtained approval from the Ministry of Infrastructure (photocopies of approval attached).

As a result of introducing these new lamps to the market, based on modern technologies and innovative solutions not previously used on an industrial scale in Poland, sales to domestic and foreign markets are increasing, as is the competitiveness of the company. The new lamp is technologically and qualitatively ahead of products from leading Western companies, at significantly lower prices.
With the same level of fixed costs, the additional revenue will improve the company's efficiency and allow for the implementation of further modern energy-saving products.
