6-function lamp

W188 front combination lamps are fully LED units, featuring 6 light types: front position, low beam, high beam, daytime running light, front turn signal in static (W188) or dynamic (W188DD) version, and an additional side turn signal.
All W188 series lamps are adapted to work in 12V and 24V installations.

High tightness class

W188 lamps have obtained E20 homologation, thus meeting all approval requirements. They have been tested in an independent laboratory and have shown an IP6K9K protection rating, which means they are completely resistant to dust ingress and high-pressure water jets.
Furthermore, the lamps are suitable for operation in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C.

Lamp housing and power connector

The shape of the lamp housing and the high-grade aluminum used in production increase heat dissipation, thereby extending the lifespan of the LEDs. Using aluminum instead of traditional steel also allowed for a significant reduction in the weight of the entire lamp. Additionally, the entire body has been double-layer protected against corrosion, allowing for trouble-free use for many years. The lamp also uses a high-quality, renowned connector that also prevents water from entering the lamp interior.

Special membrane

A completely sealed lamp closure could have adverse effects during large temperature fluctuations and variable weather conditions. Therefore, for the proper functioning of all its components, maintaining proper air circulation is significant. To this end, W188 series lamps are equipped with a special membrane which, in addition to proper air circulation, also protects against moisture and water.

Wide range of lamp adjustment possibilities

Modern W188 series lamps are available in vertical and horizontal variants, and thanks to a special external bracket system, they can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. The mounting method for the lamp is a fork bracket with a rotating pin available in 2 sizes, specified in the lamp symbol as A (larger) or B (smaller). Depending on the user's needs, this allows for arbitrary lamp positioning.

Highest quality materials

Individual components of the W188 lamps are produced from the highest quality materials; for instance, the lamp lens is made of durable polycarbonate, which is characterized by increased resistance to breakage and mechanical damage. Additionally, the lens itself is covered with a special reinforcing coating that protects it from scratching.
