W222 combined front lamps are exceptionally efficient FULL LED lightbars available in versions with road approval and for Offroad use. The road-approved version is equipped with: a highly efficient driving beam, a position light, and a yellow or blue warning light. In the Offroad version, the lamps feature an extremely efficient work light and a flashing light (yellow or blue), or white illumination in a static or dynamic version. Additionally, a light animation in either positive (light) or negative (shadow) style is possible.
Each lamp measures 20 inches and is available with a standard clear lens or a tinted lens, known as "DARK". The SUPER DARK version additionally features a dark inner bezel. Lamps in the OFFROAD version are offered with a flood beam for wide-angle illumination of the work area, or with a spot beam for long-range reach.
The housings of the W222 lamps have an arched shape, and each lamp consists of a narrow and a wide lighting panel. The sweeping light animation is available for selection on either the narrow top panel or the wider bottom one.
The W222 series lightbars are electromagnetically compatible. All lamps meet the required standards and are resistant to dust and moisture. Furthermore, they are voltage-universal – operating in the 12V – 24V range.

This product is marked as OFF ROAD, meaning this lamp cannot be used in traffic on public roads.

Lamp housing

The shape of the lamp housing and the high-quality aluminum used in production increase the amount of heat dissipated, thereby extending the lifespan of the LEDs. The use of aluminum instead of traditional steel has significantly reduced the weight of the entire lamp. Additionally, the entire housing has been double-layer protected against corrosion, allowing for trouble-free use for many years.

Special membrane

A completely sealed lamp enclosure could have adverse effects during large temperature fluctuations and changing weather conditions. Therefore, for the proper functioning of all its components, maintaining adequate air circulation is essential. To this end, the lightbars are equipped with a special membrane that, in addition to proper air circulation, also protects against moisture and water.

Highest quality materials

Individual components of the lightbars are manufactured from the highest quality materials; for example, the lamp lens is made of durable polycarbonate, characterized by increased resistance to breakage and mechanical damage. Additionally, the lens itself is coated with a special reinforcing layer that protects it from scratching.
