Product Description:

The fiber optic lamp, manufactured using LED light-emitting diode technology and a PMMA fiber optic cable, is designed for use in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers.

The lamp can be mounted on trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers according to customer requirements. Mounting options include direct attachment to the vehicle's body or suspension under the chassis or trailer.

The aforementioned lamp is manufactured using electronic components. It incorporates a lighting element based on LED technology and an element distributing and emitting light (a fiber optic cable), which is a novelty on the market.

It is produced in three light colors (automotive white – front outline, automotive orange position – side outline, automotive red – rear outline). Additionally, it comes in a version with a mounting bracket or without a bracket. The fiber optic lamp is also produced in 24V and 12V versions, which is why it is successfully used in vehicles with 12V and 24V electrical systems.

The fiber optic lamp operates completely maintenance-free as it does not require bulb replacement. The light's lifespan is estimated (according to the LED manufacturer) at approximately 100,000 hours of continuous operation; for comparison, the lifespan of traditional bulbs is about 300 hours. Additional savings result from the fact that the LED light-emitting diodes used consume very little electricity compared to traditional light sources, which can undoubtedly affect the fuel consumption level in vehicles and thus positively contribute to reducing environmental pollution.

This lamp is very modern compared to previously used incandescent lighting. In the country, there are no other manufacturers of automotive lamps that would use LED lighting elements and fiber optic technology simultaneously in a lamp intended for trucks.

The new lamp is easily accepted as a product in both domestic and foreign markets. This is due to its complete maintenance-free operation and ease of installation. The electronic components used entirely eliminate the possibility of lamp damage caused by reversed wire polarity. Multi-month tests conducted under extremely changing temperature, humidity, and shock resistance conditions have given us confidence in the unrivaled quality of the new lamps.

The lamp has been tested at the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw for compliance with UN ECE Regulations and has obtained approval from the Ministry of Infrastructure (copies of the approval are attached).

As a result of introducing new lamps to the market, based on modern technologies and innovative solutions not previously used on an industrial scale in Poland, sales to both domestic and foreign markets are increasing, as is the company's competitiveness. The new lamp technologically and qualitatively surpasses products of leading Western companies, at significantly lower prices.
With the same level of fixed costs, additional revenue will improve the company's efficiency and allow for the implementation of further modern energy-saving products.
