Product Description:
The fiber optic lamp, manufactured using LED light-emitting diode technology and PMMA fiber optics, is designed for use in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers.
The lamp can be installed in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers according to customer requirements. Mountings are provided for direct attachment to the vehicle's body or suspended under the chassis or trailer.
The aforementioned lamp is manufactured using electronic components. It contains a lighting element based on LED technology and an element distributing and emitting light (fiber optic, which is a novelty on the market.
It is produced in three light colors (automotive white – front marker, automotive amber position – side marker, automotive red – rear marker). And additionally in a version with or without a mounting bracket. The fiber optic lamp is also produced in two versions, 24V and 12V, which is why it is successfully used in vehicles powered by 12V and 24V electrical systems.
The fiber optic lamp operates completely maintenance-free because it does not require bulb replacement. The lifespan of the light is estimated (according to the LED manufacturer) at approximately 100,000 hours of continuous operation; in comparison, the lifespan of incandescent bulbs is about 300 hours. Additional savings result from the fact that the LED light-emitting diodes used consume very little electricity compared to traditional light sources, which can undoubtedly affect the fuel consumption level in vehicles, thereby positively contributing to reducing environmental pollution.
This lamp is very modern compared to previously used incandescent lighting. In the country, there are no other manufacturers of automotive lamps that would use lighting elements – light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and, at the same time, fiber optic technology in lamps intended for trucks.
The new lamp is easily accepted as a product in both domestic and foreign markets. This is due to its complete maintenance-free operation and ease of installation. The electronic components used completely eliminate the possibility of lamp damage caused by reversed wire polarity. Months of research conducted under extremely varying temperature, humidity, and shock resistance conditions have given us confidence in the unmatched quality of the new lamps.
The lamp has been tested at the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw for compliance with the UN ECE Regulation and has received type approval from the Ministry of Infrastructure (photocopies of the approval attached).
As a result of introducing new lamps to the market, based on modern technologies and innovative solutions not previously used on an industrial scale in Poland, sales to both domestic and foreign markets are increasing, and the company's competitiveness is growing. The new lamp technologically and qualitatively surpasses products from leading Western companies, at significantly lower prices.
