Product description:
This fiber optic lamp, manufactured using LED light-emitting diode technology and a PMMA optical fiber, is designed for use in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers.
The lamp can be mounted in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers according to customer requirements. Mountings are provided directly to the vehicle's body or suspended under the chassis or trailer.
The aforementioned lamp is manufactured based on electronic components. It contains a light element based on LED technology and a light-distributing and emitting element (an optical fiber, which is a novelty on the market).
It is produced in three light colors (white automotive – front marker, orange automotive positional – side marker, red automotive – rear marker). Additionally, it comes in a version with a mounting bracket or without a bracket. The fiber optic lamp is also produced in 24V and 12V versions, making it successfully usable in vehicles powered by 12V and 24V electrical systems.
The fiber optic lamp is completely maintenance-free as it does not require bulb replacement. The lifespan of the light is estimated (according to the LED manufacturer) at approximately 100,000 hours of continuous operation; for comparison, the lifespan of bulbs is about 300 hours. Additional savings result from the fact that the LED light-emitting diodes used consume very little electrical energy compared to traditional light sources, which can undoubtedly affect the fuel consumption level in vehicles, thereby positively contributing to reducing environmental pollution.
This lamp is very modern compared to previously used incandescent lighting. In the country, there are no other manufacturers of automotive lamps who would use light elements – LED light-emitting diodes – and simultaneously fiber optic technology in lamps intended for trucks.
The new lamp is easily accepted as a product in both domestic and foreign markets. This is due to its complete maintenance-free operation and ease of installation. The electronic components used completely eliminate the possibility of lamp damage caused by reversing wire polarity. Multi-month tests conducted in extremely varying temperature, humidity, and shock resistance conditions have given us confidence in the unrivaled quality of the new lamps.
The lamp has been tested at the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw for compliance with ECE UN Regulation and has obtained homologation from the Ministry of Infrastructure (photocopies of homologation attached).
As a result of introducing new lamps to the market, based on modern technologies and innovative solutions not previously used on an industrial scale in Poland, sales to both domestic and foreign markets are increasing, as is the company's competitiveness.
