Product Description:

The fiber optic lamp, manufactured using LED technology and a PMMA fiber optic cable, is intended for use in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers.

The lamp can be installed in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers according to customer requirements. Mounting options are provided for direct attachment to the vehicle's body or suspension under the chassis or trailer.

The aforementioned lamp is manufactured using electronic components. It contains a lighting element based on LED technology, as well as a light-distributing and emitting element (fiber optic cable), which is a novelty on the market.

It is produced in three light colors (automotive white – front marker, automotive amber position – side marker, automotive red – rear marker). Additionally, it comes in a version with a mounting bracket or without a bracket. The fiber optic lamp is also produced in two versions, 24V and 12V, which is why it is successfully used in vehicles powered by 12V and 24V systems.

The fiber optic lamp is completely maintenance-free as it does not require bulb replacement. The lifespan of the light is estimated (according to the LED manufacturer) at approximately 100,000 hours of continuous operation; for comparison, the lifespan of incandescent bulbs is around 300 hours. Additional savings result from the fact that the LED diodes used consume very little electrical energy compared to traditional light sources, which can undoubtedly impact the fuel consumption level in vehicles and thus positively contribute to reducing environmental pollution.

This lamp is very modern compared to previously used incandescent lighting. There are no other automotive lamp manufacturers in the country who have applied both lighting elements – LED diodes – and fiber optic technology simultaneously in lamps intended for trucks.

The new lamp is easily accepted as a product in both the domestic and international markets. This is due to its completely maintenance-free operation and ease of installation. The electronic components used entirely eliminate the possibility of lamp damage caused by reversed wire polarity. Many months of research conducted under extremely fluctuating temperature, humidity, and shock resistance conditions have confirmed the unparalleled quality of the new lamps.

The lamp has been tested at the Automotive Transport Institute in Warsaw for compliance with ECE UN Regulation and has obtained type approval from the Ministry of Infrastructure (photocopies of approval attached).

As a result of introducing new lamps to the market, based on modern and innovative technologies not previously used on an industrial scale in Poland, sales to both domestic and foreign markets are increasing, as is the company's competitiveness. The new lamp technologically and qualitatively surpasses the products of leading Western companies, at significantly lower prices.
With the same level of fixed costs, additional revenue will improve the company's efficiency and allow for the implementation of further modern energy-saving products.
