6-Function Lamp

W188 front combination lamps are fully LED lamps, featuring 6 types of lights: front position, low beam, high beam, daytime running light (DRL), front turn signal in static (W188) or dynamic (W188DD) version, and additional, side turn signal.
All W188 series lamps are adapted for operation in 12V and 24V electrical systems.

High IP Rating

W188 lamps have obtained E20 approval, thus meeting all homologation requirements. They have been tested in an independent laboratory and demonstrated an IP6K9K protection rating, which means they are completely resistant to dust ingress and water jet immersion.
Additionally, the lamps are adapted for operation in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C.

Lamp Body and Power Connector

The shape of the lamp body and the high-grade aluminum used in production increase heat dissipation, thereby extending the lifespan of the LED diodes. The use of aluminum instead of traditional steel also significantly reduced the weight of the entire lamp. Additionally, the entire body has been protected against corrosion with a double-layer coating, allowing for problem-free use for many years. The lamp also uses a high-quality, reputable connector, which further protects against water ingress into the lamp.

Special Membrane

Completely sealing the lamp could have adverse effects during significant temperature fluctuations and changing weather conditions. Therefore, maintaining proper air circulation is crucial for the correct functioning of all its components. For this purpose, W188 series lamps are equipped with a special membrane that, in addition to proper air circulation, simultaneously protects against moisture and water.

Flexible Lamp Mounting Options

Modern W188 series lamps are available in vertical and horizontal variants, and thanks to a special system of external brackets, they can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. The lamp mounting method involves a fork bracket with a swivel pin, available in 2 sizes designated in the lamp symbol as A (larger) or B (smaller). This allows for flexible lamp positioning depending on user needs.

Highest Quality Materials

Individual components of W188 lamps are produced from the highest quality materials, including the lamp lens, which is made of durable polycarbonate, giving it increased resistance to breakage and mechanical damage. Additionally, the lens itself is coated with a special reinforcing layer that protects it from scratches.
