The W257 front combination lamps are a distinctive series of lamps characterized by their unique design. W257 lamps are available in various light configurations, serving as: driving light, front position light, and also side marker light, depending on the customer's choice and needs. Unusual front position light modules with a logo and side marker lights are created from neon lenses. The driving light, thanks to special reflectors, is available in a diffused or focused version.
W257 series lamps have a diameter of 7 inches. The outer lenses have been reinforced with a layer of special lacquer, which increases resistance to scratches and hazing of the lens. The lamp bodies, on the other hand, are made of high-quality aluminum, double-protected against corrosion.

W257 lamps meet all homologation requirements, including electromagnetic compatibility. They also comply with the IP6K9K standard regarding resistance to moisture and dust. Furthermore, they are fully LED, making them energy-efficient, and also voltage-universal, operating within the 12 – 24V. range.
The shape of the lamp body and the high-grade aluminum used in manufacturing increase the amount of heat dissipation, thereby extending the lifespan of the LED diodes. The use of aluminum instead of traditional steel also significantly reduced the weight of the entire lamp. Additionally, the entire body has been two-layer protected against corrosion, allowing for problem-free use for many years.
A completely sealed lamp enclosure could have adverse effects during significant temperature fluctuations and changing atmospheric conditions. Therefore, maintaining proper air circulation is crucial for the correct functioning of all its components. For this purpose, W257 lamps are equipped with a special membrane that, in addition to proper air circulation, simultaneously protects against moisture and water.
Individual components of W257 lamps are manufactured from the highest quality materials; for example, the lamp lenses are made of durable polycarbonate, which gives them increased resistance to impacts and mechanical damage. Additionally, these lenses are coated with a special reinforcing layer that protects against scratching.
