W257 combination front lamps are a distinctive series of lamps characterized by their unique design. W257 lamps are available in various lighting configurations and can function as: high beam, front position light, and also side marker light, depending on the customer's choice and needs. The unusual modules of the front position light with the logo and the side marker light are made from neon lenses. The high beam light, thanks to special reflectors, is available in a diffused or focused version.

The latest trend of incorporating a company logo into products has also been applied in the W257 series. Lamps in this series will be available with the WAŚ logo, but it will also be possible to use the customer's logo.

W257 series lamps are 7 inches in diameter. The outer lenses have been reinforced with a layer of special lacquer, which increases resistance to scratches and hazing of the lens. Meanwhile, the lamp bodies are made of high-quality aluminum, doubly protected against corrosion.

W257 lamps meet all homologation requirements, including electromagnetic compatibility. They also meet the IP6K9K standard for resistance to moisture and dust. Furthermore, they are fully LED, and thus energy-efficient, as well as voltage-universal, operating in the 12 – 24V range.

                                                                      Lamp body :

The shape of the lamp body and the high-grade aluminum used in production increase the amount of heat dissipation, thereby extending the lifespan of the LED diodes. The use of aluminum instead of traditional steel also significantly reduced the weight of the entire lamp. Additionally, the entire body has been two-layer protected against corrosion, allowing for problem-free use for many years.

                                                               Special membrane :

A completely sealed lamp enclosure could have adverse effects during significant temperature fluctuations and changing atmospheric conditions. Therefore, maintaining proper air circulation is essential for the correct functioning of all its components. For this purpose, W257 lamps are equipped with a special membrane that, in addition to proper air circulation, simultaneously protects against moisture and water.

                                                               Highest quality materials

Individual components of W257 lamps are produced from the highest quality materials, e.g., the lamp lenses are made of durable polycarbonate, which makes them characterized by increased resistance to shattering and mechanical damage. Additionally, these lenses are covered with a special, reinforcing coating that protects against scratching.
