Description:

The new W248 series of LED combined rear lamps, similar to the sister series W247 and W249, features an innovative design and distinctive appearance. The new shape of the position light makes the lamps recognizable and highly visible on the road. The LED position light modules are made of a special material that prevents individual light points from being visible, showing only a shape with a pleasant-to-the-eye glow reminiscent of a neon effect.

The lamps are available in 3-, 4-, and 5-function versions. The main characteristic feature of these lamps is the red, three-dimensional outer lens. A novelty not seen before is the ability to obtain white reverse light through the red lens. The entire surface of the lens is red, so we effortlessly achieved position light, fog light, and brake light. We had already developed and applied the technology for obtaining yellow turn signal light through a red lens in our previous lamps, so the biggest innovation was indeed achieving white light. The combination of red position light and yellow turn signal light in one area creates an amazing effect. W248 series lamps are available in versions with a lower license plate illumination light and without illumination.

What's more, the red outer lens is specially sealed and mounted with 4 screws, allowing the user to replace it themselves. The outer lens is replaceable, making it fully universal; regardless of the light configuration the customer chooses, it is a common component for all lamps. Each module located under the lens is hermetic; even if the outer lens is scratched, no internal component will be damaged, and no moisture or dust will get inside.

The lens and lamp housing are made of high-quality material, resistant to temperature factors and UV radiation. Furthermore, it has electromagnetic compatibility approval. It is also worth noting other available variants of W248 series lamps without position light or with side position light W44 (SM1). Additionally, for lamps not equipped with side position light or lower license plate illumination light LPD, we use a thinner housing.

The W248 series with a triangular reflector is designed for trailers and semi-trailers.

Additionally, the lamps feature easy vehicle mounting via two M8x30 screws with a 150mm spacing.
