Description:

The new series of W248 LED combined rear lamps, similar to the twin series W247 and W249, features an innovative design and a characteristic appearance. The new shape of the position light makes the lamps recognizable and highly visible on the road. The LED position light modules are made of a special material that prevents individual light points from being seen, revealing only the shape with a pleasant, neon-effect glow.

The lamps are available in 3-, 4- and 5-function versions. The main distinguishing feature of these lamps is the red, three-dimensional outer lens. A unique innovation to date is the ability to produce a white reverse light through the red lens. The entire surface of the lens is red, so we effortlessly achieved position light, fog light, and stop light. The technology allowing for a yellow turn signal light through a red lens was developed and used in our previous lamps, so the biggest innovation was obtaining the white light. The combination of the red position light and the yellow turn signal light in one area creates an amazing effect. The W248 series lamps are available in versions with and without a lower license plate illumination light.

What's more, the red outer lens is specially sealed and mounted with 4 screws, allowing the user to replace it themselves. The outer lens is replaceable, making it fully universal; regardless of the light configuration the client chooses, it is a common component for all lamps. Each module located under the lens is hermetic; even if the outer lens is scratched, no internal element will be damaged, and no moisture or dust will get inside.

The lens and lamp housing are made of high-quality material, resistant to temperature factors and UV radiation. Furthermore, it has electromagnetic compatibility approval. It is also worth noting other available variants of W248 series lamps without a position light or with a side position light W44 (SM1). Additionally, for lamps not equipped with a side position light or a lower license plate illumination light (LPD), we use a thinner housing.

The W248 series with a triangular reflector is designed for trailers and semi-trailers.

Additionally, the lamps are characterized by easy mounting on the vehicle via two M8x30 screws with a spacing of 150mm.
