Automotive LED projectors primarily offer a lot of light, with a well-focused, glare-free light beam for road use. The advanced optics of these projectors (especially bi-LED), the curved cutoff shield, and the entire chipset used inside, create a properly distributed and wide light beam.
With the factory-installed transparent lens, the light cutoff is nice and sharp.

If you don't have the space or simply the patience to deal with all the necessary equipment that powers, for example, HID-based systems (xenon kit), this is reason enough to consider LED projectors.
