LED Fiber Optic Rear Marker Light 184KR

This fiber optic lamp, manufactured using LED light-emitting diode technology and a PMMA fiber optic cable, is designed for use in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers.

The lamp can be installed in trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers according to customer requirements. Mounting options include direct attachment to the vehicle's body or suspension under the chassis or trailer.

The aforementioned lamp is manufactured using electronic components. It incorporates a light-emitting element based on LED technology and a light-distributing and emitting element (a fiber optic cable, which is a novelty on the market).

It is produced in three light colors (automotive white – front marker, automotive amber position – side marker, automotive red – rear marker). And additionally, in a version with a mounting bracket or without a bracket. The fiber optic lamp can be successfully used in vehicles with 12V and 24V electrical systems.

The fiber optic lamp operates completely maintenance-free, as it does not require bulb replacement. The light's lifespan is estimated (according to the LED manufacturer) at approximately 100,000 hours of continuous operation; in comparison, the lifespan of incandescent bulbs is about 300 hours. Additional savings result from the fact that the applied light-emitting diodes (LEDs) consume very little electricity compared to traditional light sources, which can undoubtedly affect the fuel consumption level in vehicles, thereby positively impacting the reduction of environmental pollution.

This lamp is very modern compared to previously used incandescent lighting. In the country, there are no other manufacturers of automotive lamps who would apply light-emitting elements – light-emitting diodes (LEDs) – and simultaneously fiber optic technology in a lamp intended for trucks.

The new lamp is easily accepted as a product in both the domestic and international markets. This is due to its complete maintenance-free operation and ease of installation. The electronic components used entirely eliminate the possibility of lamp damage caused by reversed wire polarity. Many months of testing conducted in extremely varying temperature, humidity, and shock resistance conditions have given us certainty regarding the unparalleled quality of the new lamps.

The lamp has been tested at the Motor Transport Institute in Warsaw for compliance with UNECE Regulations and has received type approval from the Ministry of Infrastructure (photocopies of approvals attached).

As a result of introducing new lamps to the market, based on modern technologies and innovative solutions not previously used in Poland on an industrial scale, sales to both domestic and foreign markets are increasing, as is the company's competitiveness. The new lamp technologically and qualitatively surpasses the products of leading Western companies, at significantly lower prices.
With the same level of fixed costs, the additional revenue will improve the company's efficiency and allow for the implementation of further modern energy-saving products.
